摘要
目的观察综合护理干预对主动脉夹层患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年10月-2016年11月于威海市中心医院收治的主动脉夹层Ⅲ型患者28例,随机分为干预组和对照组各14例,对照组给予患者常规护理,干预组进行综合护理干预,包括心理、认知及健康教育等。对2组患者分别于入院第3天及出院当天给予24 h动态血压监测及生活质量量表(SF-36)进行评估。结果出院当天2组患者的收缩压和舒张压均低于入院第3天,且干预组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院当天2组患者的8个健康维度身体机能、躯体角色、躯体疼痛,总体健康,活力,社会功能,角色情绪及心理健康生活质量评分均高于入院第3天,且干预组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可显著控制患者血压波动,改善主动脉夹层患者的生活质量,防治疾病发展,提高临床疗效。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with aortic dissection.Methods 28 patients with type Ⅲ aortic dissection were enrolled in Weihai Central Hospital from October 2015 to November 2016,they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each of 14 cases.Control group were given routine nursing care,intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,including psychological,cognitive and health education and so on.Two groups of patients were given 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and quality of life scale（SF-36） on day 3 of admission and on the day of discharge.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those of the third day of hospitalization,and intervention group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The health dimension,body function,physical pain,overall health,vitality,social function,role emotion and mental health quality of life of two groups at the day of discharge were significantly higher than those of the third day of hospitalization,and intervention group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly control the patient blood pressure fluctuations,improve the quality of life of patients with aortic dissection,preventing disease development,improve the clinical curative effect.
