摘要
以深圳某超高层建筑(29层)桩基工程施工为例,重点介绍了现浇竹节形-泥浆护壁成孔灌注桩的设计与施工方法,该超高层建筑桩基工程设计采用的桩体抗拔承载要求高,设计采用泥浆护壁成孔灌注成桩并结合"逆向扩孔,逐段注浆"的方法进行现浇竹节形-泥浆护壁成孔灌注桩的施工,有效解决了较高抗拔承载力设计难等问题,施工过程中成桩质量好,地基承载力高。
Taking the pile foundation project of a 29-floor building in Shenzhen as an example,this paper emphatically introduces the design and construction method of cast-in-situ bamboo-shaped slurrysupported bored piles. Due to the high requirement of the uplift capacity of piles in this super high-rise building,the project adopted slurry-supported bored pile combined with the construction method of‘counterboring in reverse,grouting by segment'to construct the cast-in-situ bamboo-shaped slurrysupported bored piles,which effectively solves the difficult design problem of relatively high requirement of anti-pulling capacity. As a consequence,this project has good pile forming quality and high bearing capacity of foundation.
