摘要
针对3C电子行业自动化生产线中对集成电路板高速装配的总体要求,采用直驱和模块化的设计理念,设计出一种在机械结构和传动性能上更为独特的小型轻载直驱式SCARA机器人。运用Solidworks软件建立机器人的三维模型,并用ANSYS软件对关键部件大臂进行有限元分析,优化了大臂的结构。
In view of the requirement of the high-speed board in the automatic production line of 3C electronic assembly and handling of the integrated circuit industry, the idea of direct drive and modular design are adopted. A kind of light load direct drive SCARA is designed, which is more unique in mechanical structure and transmission performance. The three-dimensional model of the robot is established by using Solidworks, and the finite element analysis of the arm model is carried out by using ANSYS software, the structure of the large arm is optimized perfectly.
