摘要
目的:建立晕可平颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对晕可平颗粒中的夏枯草和车前草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定咖啡酸和迷迭香酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱法能对夏枯草和车前草进行定性鉴别,斑点清晰,重复性好。咖啡酸测定的线性范围为0.007 12~0.142 4μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.78%(n=6);迷迭香酸测定的线性范围为0.063 9~1.278μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.92%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可用于晕可平颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality standard for Yunkeping Granules. Methods: Prunellae spica and Plantaginis herba in Yunkeping Granules were identified by TLC; the content of Caffeic acid and Rosmarinic acid were determined by HPLC. Results: TLC can qualitative identification Prunellae spica and Plantaginis herba, spots were clear and repeatable. The linear range of determination of Caffeie acid in 0. 007 12~0. ld.2 4μg (r=0. 999 8), the average recovery rate was 97.78% (n=6) ;the linear range of determination of Rosmarinie acid from 0. 0639~1. 278μg (r=0. 9999), the average recovery rate was 97.92% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Yunkeping Granules.
