高地应力砂板岩区岩锚梁精细化开挖技术研究 被引量:3

Study on Fine Excavation Construction Technology for Rock-anchored Beam in High-stress Sand Shale Strata Area

摘要 两河口水电站地下厂房处于高地应力砂板岩区,厂区第一主应力与厂房轴线大角度相交,应力集中释放破坏岩体问题突出,且存在优势裂隙发育不利于块体稳定等地质问题,导致厂房岩锚梁开挖施工难度大、成型质量难控制.开挖中严格遵循"薄层开挖、随层支护"原则,通过1∶1精细化爆破实验优选爆破参数并严控爆破钻孔质量;严格遵循"先固后挖"原则,根据地下厂房洞室群围岩稳定速监测与反馈分析成果进行支护参数动态调整、采取预加固措施等严格控制围岩变形,确保了岩锚梁开挖优质成型.岩锚梁精细开挖技术在砂板岩地区的施工控制措施全过程的详细介绍为同类工程提供了参考. The underground powerhouse of Lianghekou hydropower station is located where the highstress sand slate strata area is and the principal stress of the plant site intersects with the plant axis by large angle,which strengthens the stress concentration. The existence of the dominated fissure is harmful for the stability of the rock. Therefore,it is quite difficult for excavation and the quality control of rock-anchored beam forming. Based on it,thin layer excavation accompanied by 'layer support 'should be followed strictly as the most important principle,and also the fine blasting test is designed to optimize the blasting parameters and blasting drilling-holes quality is also controlled well. In order to guarantee the high quality forming of the rock-anchor beam,and based on the 'digging first and excavation second' principle,the pre-reinforcement measures are adopted rigorously to control the deformation of the surrounding rock and supporting parameters are dynamically adjusted according to the stability monitoring and feedback analysis results of the surrounding rock of the underground powerhouse. The whole process of the construction control measures of rock-anchored beam excavation technology in sand shale strata is introduced in details,which can be used for reference for similar projects.
