摘要
中风恢复期指在中风急性期及后遗症期之间的时间,恢复期的康复治疗对中风后遗症患者非常重要,可减少并发症,提升患者的生活自理能力。本研究概述了中风恢复期常见症状、中医护理具体实施方案,以及恢复期患者生活起居指导、饮食指导和情志调理,并对中风恢复期中医护理方案的疗效、优势劣势分析进行综述,旨在提高中风恢复期患者的护理满意度和中医护理质量,提升中医护理管理水平,促进中医护理学科发展。
The recovery stage of stroke normally refers to period between acute phase and sequela phase. The treatment and nursing care is important for stroke sequel patients during the rehabilitation stage,showing advantages in reducing the risk of complications and improving the self-care ability of patients. This study reviewed the common symptom at recovery stage of stroke and related specific nursing interventions based on traditional Chinese medicine. The suggestions on life habit,dietary and mental health were also provided. This paper also analyzed the clinical effect,advantages and disadvantages of each nursing project,in order to improve the quality of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and related management level,as well as the discipline development of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.
