Oil companies in 2016 suffered from oversupply of crude oil market and low oil prices, which resulted in declining cash flow, continually reducing exploration development investment by oil companies, and severe shrinking service markets＇ value scales. The yearly market was about $2190.63 billion, down about 34% over the previous year. In 2017, international oil prices recover steadily, which encourages oil companies to expand investment scale of oil and gas exploration and development, and helps overseas oil engineering services market recovering. The market in 2017 is expected to reach $257.307 billion, up about 17% from the previous year.
