摘要
目的探析医院消毒供应中心管腔器械手工清洗方法的应用效果。方法对我院消毒供应中心2017年3月—2017年5月需清洗的120件管腔器械予以分组研究,按照随机原则分为两组,即参照组和研究组,各60件。参照组不做任何预清洗,直接放入全自动清洗消毒机中清洗。研究组给予手工清洗,对两组管腔器械清洗合格情况进行统计比较。结果研究组管腔器械清洗合格率为96.7%,高于参照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院消毒供应中心管腔器械应用手工清洗的效果非常好,可明显提高清洗质量。
Objective The application effect of manual cleaning method for cavity instruments in hospital disinfection supply center. Methods From March 2017 to May 2017, 120 luminal instruments needed to be cleaned in our disinfection supply center were divided into groups, they were divided into two groups according to the random principle, that is, the reference group and the research group, each with 60 pieces. Reference group does not do any pre cleaning, directly into the automatic cleaning disinfection machine cleaning. The study group was given manual cleaning, and statistical comparison was made between two sets of lumen instruments cleaning. Results The qualified rate of lumen instrument cleaning was 96.7% in the study group, 73.3% higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The cleaning of the lumen instruments in the disinfection supply center of hospital is very good, and the cleaning quality can be improved obviously.
