摘要
在对神华包头公司煤基聚丙烯树脂进行基础性能评价的基础性上,确定了影响树脂老化性能的因素。在此基础上进行老化性能改进研究,确定了最佳改性配比抗氧剂含量0.2%(wt)、BaSO_4含量10%(wt)、紫外线稳定剂含量0.4%(wt),满足使用要求。
In this paper, the influence factors on weathering quality were confirmed by the determination of Shenhua Baotou coal based polypropylene. On the basis, through the modified test, the optimum proportion for improving the weathering property was established. The optimized proportion was antioxygen 0.2% ,BaSO4 10% and ultraviolet stabilizer 0.4%.
