摘要
现有的分布式电源规划方法所考虑的指标较少,不适用于更为复杂的主动配电网。因此从多指标、多待选方案的角度出发,提出了一种分步筛选法。首先将各指标分为两类:在第1次筛选中考虑技术性指标,由模糊综合评价法确定目标函数,利用改进的禁忌模拟退火算法得到若干待选方案;在第2次筛选中引入经济性指标,利用层次分析法得到综合最优方案。其次,通过多种主动配电网调节措施对电网参数的动态调整,实现全天不同光照和负荷条件下的指标综合最优。最后将该方法应用于IEEE14节点环网算例,在方案选取和动态调整两个过程中分别验证了对各指标的优化作用。
The existing planning methods for distributed generations only consider few indexes,thus they are not suit-able for the active distribution network(ADN),which is even more complex. Therefore,a step-wise screening processis proposed in this paper from the aspects of multiple indices and alternative schemes. First,the indices are divided intotwo types:technical indexes are considered in the first screening,the objective function is determined by fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation(FCE),and several alternative schemes are obtained utilizing the improved simulated annealing al-gorithm based on tabu list;economic indices are introduced in the second screening,and the comprehensive optimal so-lution is obtained using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Then,dynamic adjustment is realized by adopting differentmeasures of ADN,and multi-index optimization is realized under the condition of different illuminations and loads allday long. Finally,this method is applied to the simulation of an IEEE 14-node system,which verifies its optimization ef-fect in the process of screening and dynamic adjustment.
