摘要
研究提出解决新农村生态环境存在问题的建设思路及对策,意义重大。经过多年调查,辽宁省普遍存在着如生活污水和生活垃圾未能实现统一处理、有害废弃物未能得到安全处理等问题。因此,提出了辽宁省新农村生态环境建设的思路与对策:强化农村生态环境保护力度,完善相关政策、法规及标准体系;加强政府在生态环境管理中的作用;健全对农村环境保护的管理制度;进一步加大宣传力度;加大科技对生态环境管理方面的贡献;调整产业结构,发展农业循环经济。
It is of great significance to study and construct the ideas and countermeasures to solve the existing problems of the new rural ecological environment. After many years of investigation, Liaoning Province, such as the prevalence of domestic sewage and garbage can not achieve a unified treatment, hazardous waste can not be safe and other issues. Therefore, the paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of the construction of new rural ecological environment in Liaoning province： strengthening the rural ecological environment protection, perfecting relevant policies, regulations and standard system; strengthening the government＇s role in ecological environment management; perfecting the management system of rural environmental protection; To further increase the propaganda; increase science and technology contribution to the ecological environment management; adjust the industrial structure, the development of agricultural recycling economy.
