摘要
我国慈善医疗事业发展的整体水平还较低,在现有社会保障体系下,社会上仍有许多在医疗上需要帮助的贫困人群。将慈善文化应用于公立医院医疗救助中,在公立医院开展慈善医疗救助并形成长期、有效运行模式,不仅是公立医院慈善性的体现,也是进一步推动慈善医疗事业发展、共同构建和谐社会的需要。
The level of medical charity development is low in China, so there are still many poor people in need of medical help in current social welfare system. Applying charity culture to medical assistance to carry out charitable medical assistance in public hospitals, and developing a long-term and effective mode, is not only the embodiment of charitable nature of public hospitals, but also the call of further promoting the development of medical charity and of building a harmonious society.
