摘要
[目的/意义]专利的有效运营能促进科技成果转化,推动创新要素融入社会生产力以实现跨越式发展。畅通专利信息交换渠道,考虑心理期望提高运营主体满意度,合理地选择专利运营合作伙伴,能有效地提高当前我国高校专利转化率。[方法/过程]基于此,建立高校的专利价值评估体系和企业的专利运营能力评价体系,从高校和企业的双视角,运用双边匹配的方法以主体心理期望为参考点,建立以满意度为目标的专利运营交易模型求解交易选择方案。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:高校和企业主体的主观需求在选择决策时具有决定性作用,主体决策者具有风险规避的心理行为特征,以满意度为目标所获得的合作方案存在且唯一,能最大限度提升主体的满意度水平。
[Purpose/Significance] The effective operation of patent can promote the transformation of scientific and technological a- chievements, and promote the integration of innovative elements into the social productive forces to achieve leapfrog development. It can effectively improve the patent conversion rate of China＇s colleges ff smoothing the patent information exchange channels, considering the psychological expectations to improve the satisfaction of the operating subjects and reasonably selecting the patent operation partners. [Method/process] Based on this, this paper established the patent value evaluation system of colleges and the patent operation ability eval- uation system of enterprise, from the dual perspective of colleges and enterprises, using the method of two-sided matching to make the subject psychological expectations as the reference point and establish patent operation satisfaction as the goal for solving trading model. [Result/Conclusion] The results show that： the subjective requirements of colleges and enterprises have a decisive effect in decision making ; the subject decision-makers have the psychological behavior characteristics of risk aversion; cooperative solutions obtained with saris-faction as the goal is the existence and uniqueness of satisfaction, which can enhance the maximum level of the subject＇s satisfaction.
