燃煤烟气SCR脱硝催化剂制备研究 被引量:3

摘要 以钛白粉为载体,钒酸盐、钨酸盐为主活性组分,创新性加入减水剂组分,制备出工业上广泛应用的V2O5/Ti O2系燃煤烟气脱硝催化剂。经催化剂样品脱硝活性及经济性综合对比,确定催化剂制备工艺的最佳条件:w(载体)为74.8%、w(活性组分)为1.2%、w(助活性组分)为10%、w(成型助剂)为6%、w(增韧剂)为8%,w(减水剂)为0.2%,加水量为固体组分总量的18.7%。实验室条件下脱硝效率可达96%。 A series of industrial and popular application V2O5/TiO2 Coal- fired flue gas denitration catalysts were prepared by adopting titanium dioxide as carrier, vanadate and tungstate as main active components, and water redueer is induced innovatively as an additive. The optimum eonditions for eatalyst preparation proeess were determined by eomparing the catalyst samples denitration activity with economic comprehensive property, dosage of each eomponent was as follow, carrier 74. 8%, active component 1.2%, assistant aetive component 10%, forming agent 6%, toughening agent 8%, water reducer 0. 2%, the amount of water was 18.7% of the overall solid ingredient. The efficiency of denitration of the developed catalyst at temperature of 350 ℃ eould reach 96% under the laboratorv experiment conditions.
