摘要
介绍了单层卷材屋面改造成光伏屋面的方案,研究了在新PVC卷材及使用6年的卷材上的粘接可靠性,并以山东合力车轮有限公司17.7 MW光伏发电项目主车间光伏改造为例,详述了使用6年的PVC防水卷材屋面改造成光伏屋面的全过程。
The article introduces a solution for photovohaic reconstruction of single ply flexible membrane roof, and studies the bonding reliability on new membranes or old membranes of six yeats. Afterward, taking the photovoltaic reconstruction project for 17.7 MW photovoltaie generation workshop of Shandong Hell Wheel Corporation Limited Company as an example, the article elaborates a whole reconstruction process from PVC single ply flexible membrane roof which uses for six years to photovoltaic roof.
