摘要
人力资本产权理论研究正处于深化发展之中 ,大量内容有待于研究拓展。人力资本产权流动是人力资本理论的重要组成部分 ,因此 ,对人力资本产权流动及其特征、流动的影响因素、流动的成本、流动的途径和效率、流动的要素等基本理论问题进行深入研究是有重要理论价值的。它可以完善和发展人力资本产权理论 ,为市场经济实践中人力资本产权流动提供理论依据 。
The property right theory of human capital is deepening and developing and much remains to be studied and widened. The property right liquidity of human capital is the important composition of the theory of human capital, therefore it is vitally important to probe into such fundamental problems as the property right liquidity of human capital and its characteristics, the facts affecting liquidity, the costs, the way and efficiency, and the factors of liquidity, which can perfect and develop the property right theory of human capital, provide the theoretical foundation for property right liquidity of human capital in practice in the market economy, and then optimize the allocation of human capital .
