摘要
图书馆联盟组织与公共文化服务体系之间是一个相互影响、相互嵌入,从微观到中观再到宏观的多层级互动发展过程。在共同演化的三个阶段,演化层级、互动主体、反馈效应均表现出不同的特征。把握共同演化的客观规律,释放政策法规的外生性动力,激发个体创新性学习的内生性动力,优化共演系统发展的外部宏观环境将有利于共演体系的健康发展。
The interaction between library consortia organizations and public cultural service system is multi-layer multi-stage, and is an in-embedded process of evolution which includes micro, medium and macro level. The evolution level, the interaction and the feedback are different in the growth, the maturity and the maturity periods. Grasping the objective laws of the co-evolution, optimizing the external macro environment of co-evolutionary system, and stimulating the internal driving force of the micro indi- vidual can promote the healthy development of co-evolutionary system.
