摘要
目的分析优质护理服务对结核病护理工作满意度的影响。方法将该院2016年1—12月收治的70例结核病患者作为研究对象,按照随机编号的方式分为分析组与常规组(n=35)。分析组实施优质护理服务,常规组实施常规护理,比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分以及临床护理质量评分。结果护理前,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,分析组的焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(34.67±4.44)分、(31.41±2.11)分,显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组患者出院前各项临床护理质量评分(整体护理、健康教育、病室管理)分别为(90.12±2.54)分、(91.43±2.54)分、(92.43±2.16)分,显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务在结核病护理工作中的应用,有助于提升患者的护理工作满意度,使患者保持积极的治疗状态,为患者带来全新的临床护理体验。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of high quality care to job satisfaction for TB. Methods 70 cases of tuberculosis patients in this hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and divided into the analysis group and the conventional group according to the random number, with 35 cases in each group. The analysis group adopted high quality nursing service, the control group received routine nursing care, and then the scores of anxiety,depression of the patients and clinical nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were not significantly different(P0.05); After treatment, anxiety and depression scores of the analysis group were(34.67±4.44)points,(31.41±2.11)points, significantly better than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); the clinical nursing quality score before discharge of the analysis group(holistic nursing, health education, ward management) respectively were(90.12 ±2.54)points,(91.43±2.54)points,(92.43±2.16)points, significantly higher than the conventional group, the difference were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing service in TB care work helps to improve the patients' satisfaction of nursing, and maintain a positive state of treatment and provide a new clinical nursing experience.
