摘要
顶岗实习是高校培育应用型人才的一个重要环节。以滁州学院为例,围绕"旅游专业学生酒店顶岗实习"这一问题,分别从学生和酒店视角,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、比较分析法以及数理分析法对顶岗实习问题进行研究,发现:酒店缺乏对学生的正确管理,忽视学生的技能培养;学生缺乏吃苦耐劳的精神,实习目标不明确;学校教学内容不完善,教师能力素质不高等成为影响学生酒店顶岗实习效果的主要因素。提出以下针对性建议:酒店方面应贯彻顶岗实习的思想,对于校企合作的实习模式仍需改善;学生方面应该明确对专业的认识,提升自身的综合素质;学校仍需不断完善教学体系建设,顶岗实习制度建设。本研究将对应用型本科院校旅游专业顶岗实习具有一定实践指导意义。
Internship is an important link in the cultivating of the practical human resources in higher colleges. This paper focuses on the problem of the internship of ＂Hotel Internship Of Tourism-Student＂, taking Chuzhou University as example. By investigating students from tourism major, the authors use literatures study, questionnaire, comparative analysis and mathematical analysis, and draw the relevant conclusions. The hotel lacks proper management of students, ignoring the students＇ skills training; students are shortage of the spirit of hard-working, and training objectives is not clear; school teaching content is imperfect, teachers still need to improve their teaching ability and quality. Based on these problems, they put forward such specific suggestions that on hotels＇ aspect, they should implement the idea of internships, internships for school-enterprise cooperation mode need to improve; students should understand professional and step up self integrated ability; schools still need to continue to improve the teaching system construction and system construction of internships.This study looks into the problems from multiple points of view so as to find out a solution, which has significance both in theory and practice.
