摘要
喹诺酮类药物由于其抗菌能力强,抗菌范围广曾在水产养殖中广泛使用,从而有部分药物残留在水产品体内,随着食物链进入人体内危害人们健康。本文阐述了喹诺酮类药物的危害并对国内外检测喹诺酮类药物的前处理过程中的液液萃取、固相萃取以及Qu Ech ERS方法,检测技术中的高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱法—串联质谱法、酶联免疫测定法等进行了综述。分析了各种方法的特点,为以后水产品中喹诺酮类药物的研究提供理论参考。
Quinolones is using widely in aquaculture, because of its strong antibacterial ability and wide range of antibacterial. As consequence some drugs remain in the aquatic products, it is harmful when people eat it. This article describes the hazards of quinolones and it at home and abroad in the pre-treatment process of liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction and QuEchERS method;detection technology of High performance liquid chromatography, High performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Analysis of the characteristics of the various methods, to provide a theoretical reference for research of quinolones in aquatic products.
