摘要
目的应用均匀设计法优选白芷炮制最佳工艺,为白芷炮制工艺研究提供实验依据。方法以欧前胡素(C_(16)H_(14)O_4)含量为评价指标,采用U_7(7~6)均匀设计法对软化温度、软化时间、真空时间3个因素进行考察,确定白芷最佳炮制条件。结果白芷最佳炮制工艺为:软化温度60℃、软化时间60 min、真空时间4 min,切片,60℃烘干。结论本研究为白芷炮制工艺提供了依据,并制定了较规范的炮制工艺及技术参数。
Objective To optimize the optimal technology of Angelica dahurica by uniform design,in order to provide experimental basis for processing technology. Methods The U_7(7~6) uniform design was adopted to investigate the softening temperature,softening time and vacuum time to determine the optimal processing technology of Angelica dahurica with the content of imperatorin(C_(16)H_(14)O_4) as evaluation index. Results The optimal processing technology of Angelica dahurica was with softening temperature of 60 ℃,softening time of 60 minutes,vacuum time of 4 minutes and cutting into slices with baking temperature of 60 ℃.Conclusion Uniform design provides basis for processing technology of Angelica dahurica,and formulate normative processing technology and technical parameters.
