摘要 生物灾害是生物在自然条件变化和人类活动互动干扰之下,对自然界生态系统和人类社会经济系统造成严重损失的灾害。环境史视域下的生物灾害突破以人类利益为中心的传统灾害史观,将生物物种、自然生态系统和社会经济系统作为生物灾害形成的致灾环境要素和承灾体系。云南自然生态系统的独特性是有害生物生存繁衍的基础条件,人类社会经济体系的外部干扰则加速了生物灾害的蔓延。自然界和人类社会具有整体性,生物灾害的因果联系必然给自然生态系统和人类社会造成巨大损失。全面分析云南生物灾害的成灾因素和灾害影响,加强边疆生物灾害防治,维护边疆生物安全,是实现经济可持续发展的重要抉择。 Biological disaster is a disaster that causes serious damage to the natural ecosystem and the human socioeconomic system under the disturbance of natural conditions and human activities.The biological disasters in the field of Environmental History break through the traditional view of disaster history centered on human interests.As a research perspective or method,Environmental History used together the biological species,the natural ecosystem and the human social economic system as disaster environment elements and disaster-bearing system that lead to a biological disaster.The uniqueness of natural ecosystems in Yunnan is the basic condition for the survival and reproduction of pests,while the external interference of human social and economic systems accelerates the development of biological disasters.The integrity of nature and human society,as well as the causal link between biological disasters,will inevitably cause great damage to natural ecosystems and human societies.Therefore,it is an important task to maintain the biosecurity of the frontier and realize the sustainable development of the economy by comprehensively analyzing the disaster factors and the disaster effects of the Yunnan biological disaster and strengthening the prevention and control of biological resources.
