摘要
目的观察苦参联合安素治疗晚期肝癌营养不良的效果。方法选取自2014年12月至2016年5月收治的晚期肝癌营养不良患者18例,随机分为苦参组与联合组,每组各9例。苦参组仅给予复方苦参制剂,联合组给予复方苦参制剂+安素。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、淋巴细胞计数、上臂中段周径及欧洲营养风险筛查量表评分。结果治疗后,苦参组白蛋白与淋巴细胞计数均高于治疗前,联合组白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白及淋巴细胞计数均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白及淋巴细胞计数均高于苦参组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组欧洲营养风险筛查量表评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);苦参组欧洲营养风险筛查量表评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组欧洲营养风险筛查量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);苦参组与联合组上臂中段周径与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组上臂中段周径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苦参联合安素可有效改善晚期肝癌患者营养不良状况,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of radix sophorae flavescentis combined with ensure nutrition on malnutrition status of advanced liver cancer.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 18 cases of patients with advanced liver cancer malnutrition who were admitted from December 2014 to May 2016.Patients were randomly divided into the sophorae group and the combination treatment group,with 9 cases in each group.Patients in the sophorae group were singly given compound radix sophorae flavescentis,the others in the combination treatment group were given compound radix sophorae flavescentis combined with ensure nutrition.The serum albumin（ALB）,prealbumin（PA）,transferrin（TRF）,lymphocyte count（LY）,mid-arm circumference（MAC） and NRS 2002 score were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,ALB and LY in the sophorae group were higher than those before the treatment; ALB,PA,TRF and LY in the combination group were higher than those before the treatment（P0.05）.ALB,PA,TRF and LY in the combination group were higher than those in the sophorae group（P0.05）; NRS 2002 score in the combination group was lower than that before the treatment（P0.05）; NRS 2002 score in the sophorae group had no statistically significant difference before and after the treatment（P0.05）; NRS 2002 score between the two groups had no statistically significant difference（P0.05）; the MAC in the two groups had no statistically significant differences before and after the treatment（P0.05）; the MAC between the two groups had no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The Compound radix sophorae flavescentis combined with ensure nutrition can effectively improve malnutrition of advanced liver cancer and improve the quality of life.
