摘要
目的探讨个体化健康教育在急性白血病护理中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治的64例急性白血病患者,随机分为两组,在常规护理与治疗的基础上,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予个体化健康教育。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组化疗后感染发生率低于对照组,疾病知识了解程度与心理状况及护理满意度都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育在急性白血病护理中应用能够有效度提高患者对疾病的了解度,缓解负面心理,降低化疗后并发症发生率,提高患者对护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical value of individualized health education in the nursing of acute leukemia. Methods 64 cases of acute leukemia patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, on the basis of routine care and treatment, control group was given routine health education, observation group was given individualized health education. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of infection after chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, level of disease knowledge, psychological status and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Individualized health education in acute leukemia nursing can effectively improve the understanding of the disease, alleviate the negative psychology, reduce the incidence of complications after chemotherapy, and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
