Comparative Study about the Evaluation System of Open Government Data

摘要文章选取了国际上八个进行过多年评估的成熟评估体系作为调查对象,从评估侧重点、评估体系框架指标、评估对象和数据获取方式四方面进行了对比分析,并提出未来我国建立自己的评估体系时,应注重评估的全面性、评估数据获取方式的多元化以及评估周期的合理调控。 This paper chose eight different evaluation systems, which were used more than once on assessing open government data, and compared these systems from four aspects： evaluation focus, structure and variables, object, and methods of obtaining data. Based on the investigation, the author concluded that we should pay attention to the comprehensiveness of the evaluation system, the variety of obtaining evaluation data, and the control of the evaluation cycle.
