摘要 为了得到山羊绒原料在碱性环境下的洗涤条件,采用正交试验的方法,选取溶液温度、次氯酸钠溶液浓度以及浸泡时间为主要因素,选用L_9(3~4)正交表得到9组方案,由直观分析法初步获得各因素的较优组合,通过综合平衡法得到试验结果影响因素的主次顺序和最佳水平组合。再由方差分析得到最后的结论:次氯酸钠溶液浓度对试验结果影响最大,溶液温度次之,浸泡时间影响最小,这与直观分析的结论相一致,从而得到最佳组合是:溶液温度20℃,次氯酸钠溶液浓度0.010 mol/L,浸泡时间30 min。通过该研究,为山羊绒原料在碱性环境中洗涤提供了一定的参考依据。 In order to obtain raw cashmere wash conditions in the alkaline environment, the methods of orthogonal test were adopted, the solution temperature, the concentration of a solution of sodium hypochlorite and soaking time were selected as the main factors, L9 (34) orthogonal table was chosen to get 9 group test program, the order of primary and secondary factors and the best level combination of the experimental results were obtained by the overall balance method. Furthermore, the final conclusions were gotten by using variance analysis: the concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution had the biggest impact on the test results, the temperature of the solution was the second important factor, soaking time had minimal impact. The result was consistent with intuitive analysis conclusion, temperature is 20 ℃ , the concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution 0. 010 mol/L, soak time 30 min. This experimental study provided some reference for washing cashmere raw materials in an alkaline environment.
