摘要
兰州石化公司化肥厂500t/h脱盐水装置反渗透膜运行过程中,系统产水量和脱盐率均运行良好,产水量达到设计值,但反渗透系统存在一段压差升高快、运行周期短、清洗频繁等问题,通过对装置水源及污染物分析,确定系统存在的问题主要是有机物和胶体污染,通过采取定期投加非氧化性杀菌剂、优化阻垢药剂性能、调整工艺等方法,有效地延长了膜的运行周期,降低了成本。当水源为黄河地表水时,系统运行中要控制微生物的繁殖,防止胶体和有机物对系统造成污染,以减少清洗次数,提高膜的寿命。
In the process of reverse osmosis membrane operation of chemical fertilizer plant of Lanzhou petrochemical company, the system water yield and desalination rate reach design value, but the reverse osmosis system has the problems of high speed, short operation cycle and frequent cleaning, the problems are mainly organic and colloid pollution. At the same time, when the water is the yellow river, the system operation should control the reproduction of microorganisms, prevent colloid and organic matter from pollution to the system, to reduce the number of cleaning and improve the life of the membrane.
