摘要
本研究通过生物信息学手段,对番茄GRF转录因子进行全部家族成员的研究。主要包括对番茄GRF转录因子家族成员的鉴定,基本信息的分析,进化分析,基因结构分析,保守基序分析,保守结构域分析以及染色体定位分析。本研究一共鉴定了13条番茄转录因子。根据拟南芥、番茄、水稻的系统进化树分析,将番茄GRF转录因子分为6族。利用DNAMAN软件和MEME软件,发现番茄GRF转录因子的氨基酸保守序列是比较保守的。染色体定位分析发现,并不是所有的染色体都有番茄GRF转录因子分布。以上的这些研究可为番茄GRF转录因子家族的后续研究提供一定的理论基础与现实意义。
In this study, we studied the whole family members of tomato GRF transcription factors by bioinformatics methods. Mainly including the identification of the tomato GRF transcription factor family members,the basic information analysis, evolutionary analysis, gene structure analysis, conservative motif analysis,conservative structure domain analysis and chromosome positioning analysis. 13 tomato transcription factors were identified in this paper. According to phylogenetic tree analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana, tomato and rice,the tomato GRF transcription factors were divided into 6 groups. Using DNAMAN software and MEME software, it was found that the amino acid conserved sequence of tomato GRF transcription factor was conservative. Chromosome location analysis showed that not all chromosomes have tomato GRF transcription factor distribution. These results can provide some help and practical significance for the follow-up study of tomato GRF transcription factor family.
