摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定舒肝丸(川楝子、延胡索、白芍等)中4种成分的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Thermo Acclaim C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 m L/min;柱温35℃;检测波长230 nm。结果芍药苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷分别在0.040 44~1.011、0.045 20~1.130、0.047 08~1.177、0.047 24~1.181μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率分别为100.5%、98.6%、98.4%、101.3%,RSD分别为1.5%、0.9%、1.2%、1.1%。7家厂家3个剂型样品中各成分含有量有明显差异。结论舒肝丸质量参差不齐,应引起关注。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Shugan Pills（ Toosendan Fructus,Corydalis Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba,etc.）. METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35 ℃ thermostatic C18column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）,with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0. 05% phosphoric acid flowing at 1. 0 m L/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. RESULTS Paeoniflorin,naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0. 040 44-1. 011,0. 045 20-1. 130,0. 047 08-1. 177 and 0. 047 24-1. 181 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）,whose average recoveries were 100. 5%,98. 6%,98. 4% and 101. 3% with the RSDs of 1. 5%,0. 9%,1. 2% and 1. 1%,respectively. The contents of various constituents in the samples with three dosage forms from seven manufacturers showed obvious differences.CONCLUSION We should pay attention to the uneven quality of Shugan Pills.
