摘要
通过现场试验的方式对腐蚀后的后张法预应力锚索进行力学分析,在现场试验样品中抽取腐蚀730 d的一些不同类型的锚索进行张拉断丝试验。通过对试验结果分析得出:在地下深井动力作用下锚索张拉变形,锚索外围混凝土保护层容易产生裂隙。在近距离炮采工作区附近,原先不透水的岩体在动力作用下的张拉重新产生导水裂隙区。原先干燥岩体在长时间动力作用下开始变为不全干燥岩体。长时间的动力作用恶化支护体环境,后期腐蚀环境会比早期腐蚀环境更为恶劣,使得混凝土与锚索黏结程度降低,影响锚固力,并加重锚索腐蚀程度。得出地质动力作用下混凝土脱黏,并会加重锚索腐蚀。
The mechanical analysis of anchor cable with post tensioned pre-stress after erosion is made through the field tests.Different kinds of anchor cable from samples at erosion in 730 d are chosen to test their tension and breakage.The experimental results indicated that the anchor cable at tension is deformed under underground dynamic action,and the concrete cover outside of anchor cable is prone to fracture.For work area in the vicinity of blasting,the water fractured zone at the original impermeable rock mass has been re-created under the action of the dynamic force.The original dry rock mass becomes the incomplete dry one under long-term dynamic force.The support turns into worse in long-term dynamic force.The erosion environment at later stage will be worse than that at early stage,which weaken the adhesion stress between concrete and anchor cable,and reduce anchored force,and worsen corrosion of anchor cable.The conclusion is that concrete is debonded under geological dynamic action,and erosion of anchor cable is worsen.
