摘要
目的探讨体检中心健康体检人员应用细节护理对其护理服务效果的影响。方法根据随机数字法对1 120例健康体检中心2016年2月~2017年3月接待的健康体检人员进行分组,对实验组560例采用细节护理,对照组560例采用常规护理,对比两组护理满意度与受检时间。结果实验组健康体检人员受检时间少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理可提高健康体检人员的护理满意度,受检时间能够减少。
Objective To explore the effect of health check-up of health check-up on the nursing service effect of health check-up. Methods According to the method of random number 1 120 cases of health examination of the personnel in healthy check-up center from February 2016 to March 2017, the experimental group, 560 patients with details of nursing, the control group of 560 patients with routine nursing care, nursing satisfaction and time tested was compared to two groups. Results In the experimental group, the health check-up time was less than the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Detail nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of health check-up personnel, and the time of examination can be reduced.
