摘要 研究了特殊钢RH精炼、连铸中间包和连铸结晶器过程中夹杂物的来源及成分,分析夹杂物对连铸过程的影响,并提出了建议。研究表明,RH深脱碳后氧含量过高,尽管能提高钢液脱碳效果,但是造成后续脱氧负担加重;中间包非稳态时期开浇液面波动大、易卷渣,开浇过程存在着严重的二次氧化,造成头坯氧氮含量过高,影响铸坯质量。 The RH special steel refining process and the inclusions source and composition in continuous casting tundish and continuous casting mold were studied, the influence of inclusions on continuous casting process was analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward. The results show that although RH deep decarbonization can improve the liquid steel decarburization effect, the steel liquid has still high oxygen content, resulting in an increase of subsequent deoxidation burden in tundish. Pouring at the non-steady period, liquid surface fluctuations, easy to roll residue slag, there are serious secondary oxidation in the process of pouring, resulting in too high oxygen nitrogen content in head slab, affecting the quality of casting billet.
