摘要
医学法学的特点决定了其人才培养应以创新为核心;通过构建平台化、模块化的学业全程导师制培养模式,能实现学生综合素质、实践能力、创新精神的提升,进而促进师资队伍建设和学科发展;而引入形成性评价机制、建立人才培养效果反馈机制、创建大数据应用平台,是进一步完善和发展学业全程导师制的发展方向。
It should be based on the spirit of innovation in professional talent training, which is determined by the professional characteristics of inter-discipline, practice and innovation. Through the platformization and modularization of the whole academic tutor training model, the students overall quality, practical ability, innovation spirit can be improved, thus teachers overall level and the development of subject construction can also be promoted. The introduction of formative evaluation mechanism, the establishment of training effect feedback mechanism and the creation of a big data application platform is the development direction of further perfecting and developing the whole-course tutor system.
