心脏交感神经功能检测方法的评价 被引量:5

摘要 心脏神经系统对心脏电、生理活动具有重要的调节作用,心脏神经系统功能异常与心律失常、心肌梗死等心血管疾病密切相关。心脏交感神经是心脏自主神经系统的重要组成部分,交感神经功能测定对于研究心血管病发病机制、指导相关心脏疾病治疗具有重要意义。本文从心率变异性、心脏交感神经成像、免疫组织化学神经纤维染色、心脏局部血浆去甲肾上腺素含量测定、QT间期及复极离散度等方面介绍目前心脏交感神经功能评价的常用方法。
