摘要
[目的]比较我国护理硕士专业学位研究生教育培养现况与期望需求间的差异,为我国护理硕士专业学位研究生的教育发展提供参考依据。[方法]采用方便抽样法选取226名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行教育培养现况及对教育期望需求情况调查。[结果]护理硕士专业学位研究生教考模式与学生期望需求(除小组讨论、提交论文或报告、开卷考试外)存在差异(P<0.01);护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教师资与学生期望需求(除护士长外)存在差异(P<0.01);学生希望临床带教老师进一步提高科研能力(75.2%)和教育能力(63.3%);54.0%学生认为护理专业学位研究生对导师指导及相关能力素质的期望是课题及经费问题;35.8%学生选择课程学习、学位论文穿插于持续3年临床能力训练中进行,各环节之间不需要明确的时间。[结论]在教考模式、师资队伍方面护理硕士专业学位研究生教育培养现况与期望需求存在差异,不能满足其期望的教育需求。应充分考虑护理硕士专业学位研究生自身期望与需求,积极探索符合我国护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养教育模式。
Objective:To probe into the difference between the status quo and expectation of nursing master degree postgraduate education in China,and to provide the references for the development of nursing master degree postgraduate education in China. Methods:The status quo of Investigation on the current situation of education and training of 226 master degree nursing postgraduates and the expectation of education was investigated by convenient sampling method. Results:There was a difference between the teaching model and the students' expectation of nursing master degree(P〈0. 01). There was a difference between the clinical teachers' and students' expectations in the nursing master's degree(P〈0.01). 63.3%-75.2% Students hoped that clinical teachers to further improve the scientific research ability(75.2%)and teaching ability(63.3). 54.0% students thought that the most prominent aspects of the current nursing professional degree graduate students and mentors related issues and funding issues. 35.8% the students choosed the course study, the dissertation was inserted into the clinical ability training for 3 years. Conclusions: There was a difference between the status quo and the expectation of the master degree in nursing education, which could not meet the demand of education. We should take full account of their own expectations and needs of nursing master degree graduate students, and actively explore the training and education mode in accordance with the master degree in nursing.
