金渠金矿通风系统改造方案的优选与实践 被引量:13

Optimization and Practice on the Reform Schemes of Ventilation System in the Jinqu Gold Mine

摘要 为解决金渠金矿1118m坑口280 m中段作业环境高温热害和通风效果差等问题,在综合熵权法和TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序法)基本理论的基础上,构建熵权TOPSIS综合评判模型对通风系统优化改造方案进行优选。结合金渠金矿井下通风现状,分析其存在问题并拟定出3个改造方案,利用熵权TOPSIS综合评判模型计算出3个方案的综合优越度分别为46.3%,37.8%,61.5%,从而确定方案三为最优方案。针对优选出的方案三从通风网络布局、风机选型、通风构筑物设置等三方面对井下通风系统进行了改造实践并采取了相应的降温措施。结果表明:现场实测280m中段作业面温度26.4℃,有效风量1.76m^3/s。 In order to solve the problems such as high-temperature working environment and poor ventilation effect at the 280 m midpiece of 1118 m pithead in the Jinqu Gold Mine, a comprehensive evaluation model was established based on the essential theory of entropy weight method and TOPSIS to optimize the reform schemes of ventilation system. Combined with the present situations of underground ventilation system in the Jinqu gold mine, existing problems were analysed as well as three reform schemes were drafted. Then, the comprehensive superior coefficients of three scheines were calculated as 46.3%, 37.8% and 61.5% respectively, which found out the No.3 scheme was the most optimal. Consequently, the underground ventilation system was reformed from the three aspects, including the layout of ventilation network, the selection of fan and the construction of the ventilation structure, and the corresponding cooling measures were adopted according to the No.3 optimized scheme. The results showed that the temperature of working face at 280 m middle piece was 26.4℃ by field verification, with the effective air volume of 1.76 m3/s.
