摘要
针对PDMS(聚二甲基硅氧烷)柔性衬底的疏水性问题,设计了利用氧等离子体和表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠)联合修饰的解决方法。首先介绍了衬底的制备方法,制备完成后对其进行单一的氧等离子体处理,处理完利用接触角测试仪测得接触角大小为84°。其次研究了联合修饰的方法,在进行氧等离子体处理时选取了合适的处理时间避免出现裂纹,再利用SDS对PDMS表面进行处理,处理完测得接触角的大小为22°。实验结果证明,联合修饰有效的提高了PDMS表面的亲水性。
In view of the high hydrophobic problem of PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane)flexible substrate,an union modification method was designed by using oxygen plasma and surfactant(SDS).First the preparation methods of substrate was introduced,single oxygen plasma treatment was proceeded after the preparation,the contact angle size84 degree was measured by using the contact angle instrument after processed.Next a combination modified method was researched,selecting the appropriate time to avoid the crack on oxygen plasma treatment,and disposing the PDMS surface by using SDS,after the contact angle size 22°was measured.The experimental showed combination modification effectively improved the hydrophilicity on the surface of the PDMS.
