摘要
随着我国经济高速发展,房地产市场日趋完善,监理单位监管水平、能力和范围与业主个性化监理需求产生矛盾,不能满足社会发展需要,亟需转型升级。因此,本文通过调查研究,结合多年管理经验,就监理行业发展现状进行了分析,指出了行业内部存在的问题,对监理企业转型工程建设全过程工程咨询服务的必要性进行了研究,提出了行业发展需要解决的问题及对策。
With the rapid development of China＇s economy,the real estate market is becoming more and more perfect,supervision units,supervision level and supervision ability and scope of the owners personalized demand contradiction,can not meet the needs of social development,need to upgrade.Therefore,this article through the investigation and study,combined with years of management experience,the current development of supervision industry is analyzed,pointed out the existing problems within the industry,the necessity of transformation of the whole process of project construction engineering consulting services of supervision enterprise is studied,put forward the problems and countermeasures of the development of the industry need to solve.
