Role of evaluation of vaginal microecology in the diagnosis of aerobic vaginitis

摘要 阴道微生态评价对需氧菌性阴道炎(aerobic vaginitis,AV)及其混合感染的诊断具有一定优势,提高了AV的诊断率、减少了漏诊率。目前诊断方法仍以形态学湿片检测进行AV评分为主,功能学检测为辅。功能学检测仍需统一规范与临床验证,有待进一步开发更具特异性的预成酶,结合形态学优化不同指标组合,建立AV诊断标准评价体系。 The evaluation of vaginal microecology has certain advantages in the diagnosis of aerobic vaginitis(AV)and its mixed infections,which can improve the diagnostic rates of AV and reduce the rates of missed diagnosis.At present,microscopic criteria on wet mounts according to AV score is the main method in the diagnosis of AV,supplemented by the functional testing.However,functional testing needs to be unified and clinically verified,and further development of more specific preformed enzymes is needed,which is combined with morphological testing and optimization of different functional indicators to establish the standard evaluation system of AV diagnosis.
