摘要 基于焦炭具有耐磨性好、反应性差的特点,优选固定床液态排渣气化技术用于气化焦气化。通过对气化焦气化技术的发展回顾及对焦化厂改造项目的可行性进行具体案例分析,从等热值替代和绝热燃烧温度考察了气化煤气对焦炉煤气的替代性。结果表明,利用现有焦炉生产气化焦、以气化焦为原料进行气化、所产气化合成气用于置换焦炉煤气并将剩余的焦炉煤气用于制备高附加值的化工产品的技术路线具有可行性,可为焦化企业扭转亏损现状及提升竞争力提供新思路。 Based on both poor grindability and poor reactivity of coke, the slagging fixed- bed gasification technology is preferred to be used in coke gasification. The history of coke gasification is reviewed and a transformation case of a specific coking plant is studied. In the case study, the calorific value and adiabatic combustion temperature of slagging gasification gas and coke oven gas is compared. And it is proved that the technology route is feasible: utilize existing coke oven to produce gasification suitable coke, feed slagging fixed- bed gasifier with that coke, use gasification gas instead of coke oven gas as fuel gas and chemical raw material, and use methane--rich coke oven gas as feed gas for Liquefied natural gas (LNG) production, that provides a new way for coking plants to choose to improve their profits and competitiveness.
