摘要
喉癌是耳鼻咽喉科常见的恶性肿瘤,手术切除是治疗喉癌的主要方法 ,由于喉癌手术切除范围广、创伤大、术后易发生多种并发症,因此,加强对喉癌患者手术后护理,特别是气管切开术后气道护理、切口护理、口腔护理、饮食护理、心理护理及出院指导等,能有效提高手术成功率,提高治疗效果,改善患者术后的生活质量及满意度。该文对喉癌患者手术后护理研究进展进行综合叙述。
Laryngocarcinoma is the common malignant tumor in the department of otolaryngology, the operation resec- tion is a major method of laryngocarcinoma, because the surgical excision range is big, the wound is big and multiple complications are easy to occur after operation, we should enhance the nursing after nursing, especially the air channel nursing, incision nursing, oral nursing, diet nursing, mental nursing and discharge nursing, which can effectively im- prove the success rate of operation, treatment effect, quality of life after operation and satisfactory degree, and the paper comprehensively elaborates the research progress of postoperative nursin~ of patients with larvngocarcinoma.
