摘要
对2013~2015年从各省养鸡场采集的口腔及泄殖腔拭子进行病毒分离,用血凝及血凝抑制试验初步鉴定出含H9亚型禽流感病毒的样品,对其进行纯化得到4株H9亚型禽流感病毒,用针对H9亚型禽流感病毒HA基因的特异性引物对分离株进行RT-PCR扩增,分别获得特异性目的片段后进行测序分析,结果显示4个分离株经鉴定均为H9亚型禽流感病毒。对4个分离株的生物学特性进行研究,发现4株H9亚型禽流感病毒分离株均符合低致病禽流感病毒的特点。
Virus was isolated in the oral and cloacal swabs from the provinces farm from 2013 to 2015, identified with HA/HI test with H9 subtype avian influenza virus samples, 4 H9 subtype avian influenza virus strains were purified, the isolates were amplified by RT-PCR with specific primers for H9 gene of HA subtype avian influenza virus, sequence analysis of specific fragments respectively, the results showed that 4 isolates were identified as H9 subtype avian inf]uenza virus. The biological characteristics of the 4 isolates were studied. strains of H9 subtype avian influenza virus isolates were consistent with It was found that 4 the characteristics of the low pathogenic avian influenza virus.
