摘要 高炉炼铁是钢铁工业节能降耗的关键工序。目前,低碳高炉是高炉炼铁研究热点。低碳高炉炼铁技术研究目前主要集中于炉顶煤气循环,喷吹含氢物质和使用碳铁复合炉料。铁焦是一种新型碳铁复合炉料,高炉使用铁焦后可降低热储备区温度,提高冶炼效率,降低焦比,从而实现CO_2减排。本文介绍了高炉使用铁焦低碳炼铁的原理,重点总结了国内外铁焦研发现状,同时对目前铁焦主要生产工艺进行了分析对比,以期为铁焦研究提供参考依据,促进铁焦在我国高炉炼铁的实际应用和我国低碳高炉炼铁技术的进步。 Blast furnace ironmaking is the dominant process for energy-saving and cost-reducing in steel industry. Current- ly, low carbon blast furnace ironmaking is one of the hot topics in the world and the research on low carbon blast furnace iron- making technology is mainly focused on top gas recycling, hydrogen-enriched materials injection and carbon iron composite utili- zing. Ferro coke is a new type carbon iron composite and it benefits to decreasing the temperature of thermal reserve zone, in- creasing smelting efficiency, reducing coke ratio and thereby realizing CO2 emission reduction when it is charged into blast fur- nace. In this paper, the smelting principle of blast furnace with ferro coke charging is introduced firstly. Then the research and development status on ferro coke domestic and overseas are intensively summarized and the main process of ferro coke production is contrastively analyzed. This paper could provide the reference for the investigation of ferro coke and promote its practical application and the progress of the low carbon blast furnace ironmaking in China.
