摘要
结合中心实验室的环境信息和相关利益者的要求,根据风险管理的原则与实施指南的规范要求,从明确环境信息、风险评估、风险应对、监督和检查四个组成部分来探讨实验室危化品实施风险管理的策略。风险评估部分选择适合早期设计的swift分析方法,同时引入定量风险分析(QRA)的概念并讨论了数据的来源以及事故调查报告的重要性。制定合理的风险管理实施计划和方案,可以为改善危化品的使用效率提供思路,有助于提升高校实验室管理工作水平。
Based on the environmental information and the requirements of the relevant stakeholders ’ according to the principles of risk management and implementation of the guidelines ’ it has a discus-sion on the strategy of risk management in laboratory hazardous chemicals. The discussion focus on four areas: environmental information’ risk assessment ’ risk response ’ supervision and inspection. The swift method was used to be a suitable analysis for the early design of risk assessment. The concept of quantitative risk assessment ( QRA) ’ the importance of the data source and the accident investigation report was also discussed too. The development of reasonable risk management programs can help to provide a good idea for improving the effective use of hazardous chemicals and the level of laboratory management in colleges and universities.
