摘要
通过皮带输送机断带原因分析,引入皮带输送机断带保护装置;主要阐述了全断面液压抓捕器的构成、原理以及技术特点。结合矿井断带抓捕器应用选型的计算和实践应用效果,提出了全断面液压抓捕器对高强度皮带输送机安全可靠运行的重要性及其推广价值。
In this paper, belt protection device of the belt conveyor is introduced by analyzing the causes of the belt conveyorbreakage, and the constitution, principle and technical characteristics of the full - face breakage harvester are introduced.Based on calculation and practical application of the breakage harvester application selection of the mining equipments, it putsforward the importance and popularization value of the full-face breakage harvester for safe and reliable operation of high-strength belt conveyor.
