摘要
对由600kt/a全密度聚乙烯装置开发的易加工型线形低密度茂金属聚乙烯(PE-mLLD)EZP2010HA的工业化生产情况进行了介绍,对EZP2010HA与传统齐格勒-纳塔催化剂聚乙烯、进口茂金属聚乙烯的基础物性指标、热性能、微观结构等进行了剖析比对;并采用不同配方对EZP2010HA进行了现场加工试验。结果表明,EZP2010HA与进口PE-mLLD相比,相对分子质量分布更宽,力学性能更优;经现场试验发现,EZP2010HA能够改善农膜的力学、光学性能,所加工的农膜各方面指标均满足GB 4455—2006的要求。
This paper introduced the production status of a facilely processible type of metallocene polyethylene resin(PE-mLLD,EZP2010HA)developed by the 600,000-ton grade production facility of high-density polyethylene. A comparative investigation on physical and thermal properties as well as microstructures was conducted on EZP2010 HA,Ziegler-Natta-catalyzed PE and imported metallocene PE.A processing experiment was carried out for EZP2010 HA in terms of different formulations.The results indicated that EZP2010 HA had a wider molecular weight distribution and better mechanical properties than imported metallocene PE. By use of EZP2010 HA,the resulting film can achieve the enhanced mechanical and optical performance,and its properties meet the requirement of Chinese standard GB 4455—2006.
