老城区现有道路综合管廊与高架路建设相结合案例 被引量:1

Combination Construction of Elevated Road and Utility Tunnel under the Existing Road in the Old Town

摘要 以赣州市文明大道综合管廊工程为例,对老城区现有道路建设地下综合管廊的难点、必要性、施工方法、断面型式以及与高架路相结合的同步实施方案进行了分析论证。老城区现有道路在具备开挖条件的路段,为缩短工程工期,降低对地面交通的影响,推荐采用明挖预制拼装法施工,局部路口处或其他开挖难度大的路段采用顶进法。采用预应力钢筋混凝土圆管涵作预制管廊本体,受力条件好,预制件加工精度能够保证,拼装技术可靠。综合管廊与高架路工程同步实施,可节约地下空间,减少二次开挖影响,加快施工进度。 Taking utility tunnel under Wemning Road in Ganzhou City as an example, the difficulty, the necessity, construction method, section form and combination mode with the elevated road were analyzed. With regard to the existing road which was suitable for excavation in the old town, dig prestressed assembly method was recommended to shorten the construction period and to reduce the impact on transportation. While jack-in method was used in some crossing or other places with difficulty in excava- tion. Prestressed reinforced concrete pipe was used as the prefabricated utility tunnel due to the advantage of good force condition, the perfect prefabrication precision, and the reliable combination technique. The construction mode that utility tunnel was synchronized with the elevated road could save the underground space, reduce the impact of the second excavation, and speeds up the construction process.
