摘要
建立科技决策咨询制度是保证科技决策科学性、民主性的重要途径之一,对完善我国科技政策制定模式、建设世界科技强国具有重要作用。本文分析了科技决策咨询制度较为健全的美、日、英这三个发达国家的经验措施,并通过比较分析提出了启示建议。
Decision-making consultation system of science and technology is one of the most important ways to ensure scientific and democratic decision-making of science and technology, and plays an important role in improving China＇s science and technology policy making mode and building to world technology superpower.This paper mainly analyzes experience of the US, Japan and UK on decision-making consultation systems of science and technology, and puts forward some suggestions.
