摘要
关中协同创新不仅是加快关中自身发展,更是实现陕西追赶超越、落实"五新"战略任务的现实选择。在"一带一路"的大战略背景下,关中协同创新发展的战略定位应确立为"一带一路"的区域经济中心,其基本取向为"大关中一体化",核心任务在于不断完善市场机制。加快推进关中协同创新发展,要从行政体制改革、产业规划、金融创新、产学研一体化、人才的使用和培育等重点领域加强建设。
The GuanZhong collaborative innovation is of great importance to the rapid development of GuanZhong, implementation of the five new strategic tasks and Chasing beyond of shaanxi .Under the background Of ＂The Belt and Road＂, the strategic position of GuanZhong Collaborative Innovation Development is the regional economic center of＂ The Belt and Road＂. The basic orientation of the coordinated innovation development is the integration of the great Guanzhong area. Its core lies in perfecting the market mechanism. In order to accelerate the development of the Guanzhong coordinated innovation, we should also strengthen the construction of such key fields as the reform of the administrative system, financial innovation, integration of Producing-study-research and the use and cultiva- tion of talents.
