摘要 本文提出了一种电网最小新增无功补偿容量优化模型,不仅考虑相关导则中对无功补偿容量要求的约束,而且增加了电网运行约束条件,包括最高、腰荷和最低负荷运行方式下的节点电压、线路潮流等约束条件;根据模型特点,将模型分解为上下2层子模型,并利用Benders分解实现子模型之间的协调求解。最后,以江苏500kV电网为例,对本文模型和算法进行验证,结果表明了其正确性和有效性。 In this paper, a kind of optimization model of minimum additional reactive power capacity for the power network is proposed, which not only considers the constraint for the requirement of reactive power compensation capacity in the related guide rule, but also increases the constraint condition of line power flow etc,including such constraint condition as the node voltage and line power flow etc. Under the opera- tion mode of maximum, middle and minimum load. The model is divided into bi-level sub-model in accord- ance with feature of the model and the coordinative solution between sub-models is achieved by the use of Bender. Finally, the model and it calculation is verified by taking Jiangsu 500 kV network as an example and the correctness and effectiveness of the result is shown.
